Return policy

At Wellishop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@wellishop.com with your order number and details of the product you'd like to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
